Springfield Carehome is located in Garforth on the outskirts of East Leeds. The staff are all fully trained and experienced in dealing with all aspects of care. Many have completed a National Vocational Qualification Level 2 in care. All staff must pass an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check and have all been checked to ensure that they are not on the Protection of Vulnerable Adults list.

We provide 24 hour personal care in friendly and homely surroundings. We run an extensive and stimulating activities programme. Tasty and nutritious home cooked meals are prepared from a menu which changes daily.

Most importantly there are no restrictions on visiting hours, so friends and family are able to visit any time.

Springfield Carehome has 55 beds, including double bedrooms for married couples. All rooms are private with en-suite or adjoining facilities and have been furnished to a high standard. We have four lounges to relax in and there are facilities for domestic pets. There are 2 lifts and a wheelchair accessible minibus used for outings,

We can arrange short visits, meetings with other residents and show you details of our extensive activity programmes, in order to ease your decision. Alternatively, you may have a Social Worker who is representing you who can then help to refer you to one of our Care home managers.

You may be entitled to receive funding by the Local Authority, to help cover the costs of your care.

Springfield utilised its expert knowledge in the Care service and built these spacious apartments in 2004. We can provide accommodation for both private and social services clients.

Springfield Court is an exclusive set of six private independent living apartments situated adjacent to Springfield House. These modern apartments were purpose built to provide the best of both worlds for clients, combining privacy and independence with the reassurance of knowing that professional support is available if required in an emergency. The apartments are in a quiet and peaceful setting within close walking distance to local amenities.

Springfield Court has a secure remote control door entry system and 24 hour emergency support and automatic telephone link up to Springfield Carehome. Each apartment is furnished to a high, modern standard with fully fitted wardrobes and kitchen. There is also under floor heating and a full laundry service. Residents can access all amenities within Springfield Carehome, including social activities and meal provision. Home care can also be organised for your peace of mind.
